Brilliant Brushstrokes Art Show

MAA is thrilled to offer our artists the opportunity to show their work at the Benjamin Gaither Center in Gaithersburg.    

Double Trouble by Holly Buehler 

Show Theme:   The theme for this show is  Brilliant Brushstrokes.  This show invites artists to share their enchanting exploration into the world of creativity. This is a journey where every brush stroke tells a story - a place where imagination takes flight.  

Prospectus: Show Prospectus will be available by November 13. Please read the for show details and requirements. 

Eligible Media:  Artwork for this show includes two dimensional works in oil,  acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, pastel, encaustic, hand-pulled prints, drawing/ink mediums, fiber arts, and photography.  3D work wall hung is accepted in this show; 3D pedestal work is not included in this show.

Number of artworks allowed:  Members are invited to submit up to 1 work.  All works must be 36x36" or smaller (including the frame).  

Framing & Wiring:  All artwork must be framed (or gallery wrapped) and wired to professional standards. No wet canvases will be accepted. Please use this link  Framing & Wiring Requirements. 

Volunteers:  We will be asking for your help for this show.  Please indicate on your registration form if you are available for: 

• Art drop off
• Art hanging
• Reception 
• Art Pick Up 

Entry fee: $10 (nonrefundable)

Benjamin Gaither Center: This airy environment welcomes visitors Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-6 pm and Fridays 8:30 am-4 pm. Plans for a reception are underway.
