Selected MAA display equipment is available for short-term loans at no cost to MAA members. Available equipment includes display panels, lights, easels, and bins.

Available Equipment

• Display panels for interior use only - 30” x 78” (breaks into two pieces for transport) Watch this YouTube video to see set up.
  
• Wire grid displays for interior or exterior use - 24" x 60"
  
• Lights for panels
• Tall heavy easels
• Table-top easels.
• Miscellaneous light weight floor easels
• Print and card racks/bins, various sizes
• LED projector

How to Borrow Items

1. As soon as possible, send an email with your request to Joyce Koeneman (maaequipmentloan@gmail.com). Attach the Rental Agreement to your email. Joyce will reply with availability of the equipment and coordinate a date for you to pick up.
2. You will need to bring a check for a deposit; make it out to MAA in the amount of $200. When you return the equipment in the same condition as borrowed, the check will be returned to you.
   
3. On the agreed date, you will meet Joyce (or her alternate) at the storage facility in Kensington to pick up the items; and then return to the same place when you are done.
