Please note important weather-related updates and other

important information in red font

MAA is pleased to co-sponsor, along with the Friendship Heights Village Center (FHVC) and Plaza Artist Materials, a plein air event in the Friendship Heights, MD, neighborhood. The area’s visual delights include decorative old houses, three parks, tall apartment buildings, and picturesque restaurants and other businesses – plus a Famers’ Market!

Spend the day painting, and leave your works to be hung in the

Friendship Gallery for a judged show with prizes!

The works will be on display – and labeled and priced for sale – in time for the July 4thcelebrations at FHVC and through August 24.

Kathleen Zeifang will judge the show and award three $50 gift cards. Kathleen is an award-winning plein air and abstract artist who lives and works in Washington, DC.
