- About the Workshop: The fluid art technique involves mixing acrylic paint with a thinning medium and then pouring it onto a canvas. Flowing paint and colors are then manipulated into desired designs. The acrylic paints react with each other when combined together to make interesting and visually organic motifs. Various techniques for managing the fluid paint will be demonstrated during the workshop with ample time for students to produce at least 1 to 2 small canvases.
- Fee: $ 10 per member registration fee. Participants must be 18 years or older
- Workshop Limit: Total number of participants for this workshop is 18.
- Workshop Location: Oasis Learn Center, Macy’s Home Store (2nd floor) 7125 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20817
Workshop Instructor: The workshop will be led by Ella Soroori, a contemporary abstract fluid artist, who has developed her own artistic techniques. Ella has exhibited in numerous shows and galleries in the Washington, DC area.
