It goes without saying that words matter, and the proper words can make a significant impact on how interact with others. But that’s only part of the picture. The “tune” or the way we deliver our words can be just as significant. Learning process behaviors that alter not just the sounds we make, but the confidence we display when making them can significantly impact how credible others perceive our message to be. It’s not the words… it’s the tune that adds the human element to how we communicate and makes us truly believable. About our presenter: A sought-after speaker and five-time best-selling author, Rob Jolles teaches, entertains, and inspires audiences worldwide. Rob draws on more than thirty years of experience to teach people how to change minds.
