Winter's Reach by Donna Baron 

The Windridge Vineyard in Darnestown will be hosting its first  MAA art exhibit of 2022 in the Tasting Room.  

Submissions: The theme of our 2022 Winter Juried Show is Seasonal Inspirations.  MAA has created a digital library that member artists can submit up to 3 works per member for consideration in any of the following categories. 

1. natural landscapes, maritime and seascapes
2. cityscapes, townscapes, urbanscapes 
3. still life celebrating material local pleasures of flowers, fruit food and wine --  
4. abstract art that breaks away from the traditional representation of everyday objects and familiar subjects. 

There is no fee to submit your work for inclusion in the Windridge Vineyard Digital Library.   A fee of $10  (returning to pre-covid show fee) will be required.  

Juried Process:  Submitted artwork will be juried by the vineyard owners. Selected work (~18-20 pieces) will be exhibited for a 3 month period.  All artwork must be for sale.   Sold artwork can be replaced by the artist with a similar size piece -contact the MAA show manager.  Windridge will notify the artists when work is sold.  

Membership Requirement:  Annual membership (new or renewal) is required prior to registration for this show.  Go to Join MAA.

Note: Artwork previously submitted but not shown in earlier Windridge exhibits will remain in the digital library unless withdrawn by the artists. Contact Show Manager to withdraw work from library.
