The Windridge Vineyard in Darnestown will be hosting an juried MAA art exhibit in their Tasting Room. MAA has created a digital library that member artists can submit up to 3 works per member during open registration periods. Please note that artwork previously submitted but not shown in earlier Windridge exhibits will remain in the digital library unless withdrawn by the artists.
Art submissions for this exhibit should focus on the splendor and colors of Summer as displayed in:
Submitted artwork for the Summer Exhibit will be juried by the vineyard owners. Selected artwork (~10-15 pieces) will be exhibited for a 2 -3 month period. Sold artwork can be replaced by the artist with a similar size piece. MAA or Windridge will notify the artists when work is sold.
2D work including oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, pastel, encaustic or drawing / ink mediums are eligible for entry. Photography is not included.
There is no fee to submit your work for inclusion in the Windridge Vineyard Digital Library. A fee of $5 will be required for each artwork selected by the vineyard..
